My brother Bruce came down for an evening and we toured the <a href=\"http:\/\/richard.rathe.org\/travel\/wisconsin09\/\" target=\"_blank\">capital building<\/a>. Fortunately there was already a bit of fall color! Took several <a href=\"http:\/\/richard.rathe.org\/travel\/iowawisc09\/\" target=\"_blank\">flower and HDR photos<\/a>.
