It is a <strong>covering for your face<\/strong> for use when you go out in public. <strong>It is <\/strong><em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em><strong> a substitute for PPE<\/strong> if you are caring for or otherwise forced to be near sick people. Then <em>catch the toggle ball<\/em> in the opposite loop at the back of your head.
